How long is the delivery time?

We will ship your order within 1–3 business days . Delivery time may vary depending on where you live in Sweden.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within Sweden on all orders - no extra fees.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We collaborate with reliable players such as PostNord and DHL to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Will I get a tracking link?

Yes! When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number , so you can easily follow your delivery.

Can I track my order?

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

Do you ship outside Sweden?

Right now we only deliver within Sweden, Norway and Finland, but we are working on offering international shipping soon.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 199k r to cover return and handling costs.

What do I do if my package is delayed?

Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 5 working days - we will help you track it.

Can I choose the delivery location?

In some cases, yes. It depends on the shipping company. Otherwise, the package will automatically be sent to the nearest agent.

Will I receive a notification when the package arrives?

Yes, you will receive one from the shipping company when your package is ready for pickup.

Can I change the delivery address after I have placed an order?

Contact us as soon as possible! If we haven't had time to send the package, we can help you update the address.

Returns & Exchanges

How much time do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days to return your order from the date you receive it.

How do I make a return?

Please contact us via email ModernSweden@outlook.com with your order number and information about which product you want to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Does it cost anything to return?

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping if the purchase is cancelled.

When will I get my money back after a return?

We will refund the amount within 5 working days after we have received and approved the return.

Can I change to a different color or product?

Yes! Contact us and we will reserve the new product. Once we have received your return, we will send out the new piece of jewelry.

What do I do if I receive a broken or wrong item?

Email us directly with pictures of the product and your order number - we will solve it quickly and at no cost to you.

Does the item have to be in the original packaging for me to return it?

Yes, to make a return the product must be in its original condition and packaging .
