Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders! This means that you do not have to pay any additional costs for delivery of your products to your desired location. At Modern Sweden, it is important to us to make your shopping experience as comfortable and affordable as possible.
You can expect to receive your package within 1-3 working days from the time of ordering.
We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders to ensure your satisfaction. We deliver to your preferred location to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority at Modern Sweden.
After you place your order, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process and prepare your items for delivery.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

The delivery person will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule a delivery or collect your package from a nearby location.
You can if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once sent, we may not be able to change the address. Therefore, you must cancel your order and place a new one.
Returns & Refunds
Within 14 days of receiving your product, you can initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted if the seal or label from ModernSweden.shop is broken or removed.
We charge a return fee of SEK 99 , which is deducted from your refund.
This fee applies to all products and covers the costs of handling and administering returns.
If you have received a wrong or incorrect product, we will of course refund the return fee.
Please ensure that all returns are sent directly to the address provided.
We do not pick up packages sent to agents.
To complete your return, you need to present a receipt (order confirmation) or proof of purchase.
- Send an E-Mail to Modernsweden@outlook.com with "Return" as the subject.
Please write in the email:
- First & LAST NAME.
- Your e-mail.
- Order number.
- Your address.
- The reason for your return and which products it applies to. - Wait for a response from us via E-Mail before completing the return.
You are responsible for the return cost. - You must ensure that the product reaches us safely and that the product has not been used.
- Any labels must remain. If Moderns Sweden's seal or tag is broken/removed, we do not accept returns.
- When we receive your return, we will investigate and ensure that the products have not been used. If the product is not in original condition, a refund will not take place.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original payment method within 2 - 5 business days.
Note: We charge a return fee of SEK 99 which is deducted from your refund.
